Your role

As a project manager, you will have a leading role with responsibility for the entire project process, from planning, design, and budget to contracts, implementation, and handover. You will have a large mandate to assemble your project team and lead specialists, consultants, and contractors towards common goals.

The positions are located in the processing projects section in Kiruna. Our area of responsibility includes projects in sorting, enrichment, and pelletizing. The section consists of 14 employees distributed among the roles of project manager, project coordinator, and construction manager. You will become part of a dedicated project organization. Here, you will meet a positive and knowledgeable team with a collaborative culture, where we support each other and solve challenges together. What you bring

To succeed in the role of project manager, we see that you are a structured and goal-oriented person who enjoys driving projects forward even in complex environments. You are used to collaborating with different stakeholders and building trusting relationships both internally and externally. You enjoy finding solutions to problems when circumstances change.

We expect you to have:

• A university degree, preferably in engineering with a technical/project focus, or equivalent relevant work experience in project work.
• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• A driving license (B) is a requirement for all positions at LKAB.

It is an advantage if you also have any of the following:

• Previous experience in project management and project work in large construction projects; we would like you to have led large-scale projects from planning to implementation and completion.
• Knowledge of various contracting and procurement forms.
• For one of the project manager positions, the projects may have a clearer focus on the electrical area. Therefore, it is advantageous if you have a background or experience in the electrical field.
